Peanut butter and Jelly Smoothie Bowl

prep time: 5 minutes makes 1 serving

 

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup berries

2 dates

1 tbsp. peanut butter

pinch of Himalayan sea salt

SCOOP OF WELLMADE RESTORATIVE BALANCE (really any blend works in here!)

1/2 cup nut milk

Goodies for topping: Granola, berries, peanut butter


  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings into a blender. Blend on high until mixture is thick and smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl (should be thicker to eat with spoon!) and top with goodies! Enjoy :)
