Chocolate Chip MInt Smoothie
prep time: 5 minutes makes 1 serving
1.5 cups frozen cauliflower
3 cups fresh spinach
1 cup almond milk
5 fresh mint leaves or 1/2 tsp mint extract
1/2 avocado (optional)
1 tbsp. maple syrup
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1 scoop wellmade Restorative Balance Blend
1 tbsp. sweet cacao nibs or chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs into a blender. Blend on high until ingredients are smooth and well combined. Top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
