Golden Milk Smoothie

prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving


1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup frozen sweet potato

1 cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower

1 tbsp almond butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

few twists of fresh cracked pepper

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify

1/2 cup water

pinch himalayan sea salt


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Smoothie should be thick and almost creamy.
