Superfood Protein Oats

COOK TIME: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving


1/2 cup gluten free old-fashioned oats

1 cup water

Pinch Himalayan sea salt

handful of blackberries, blueberries or raspberries

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 egg or 2 egg whites

1/2 - 1 scoop wellmade restorative balance

tbsp maple syrup


bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the oats and stir. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring a few times.

scramble the egg in a separate bowl and add to the oats, whisking quickly to cook the egg and avoid chunks of cooked egg in oats. Turn off the heat.

Add the salt, berries, peanut butter, balance and maple syrup. Add to serving dish and top with additional berries and peanut butter if desired. Enjoy!
